All orders ship within 48-72 hours of being placed. If you need your order to ship sooner, please reach out to lbernard@rockycoast.com.

Yes! We can ship sooner and/or ship via a rush shipping method to ensure your goods arrive to your event on time. Please contact lbernard@rockycoast.com for more info on rush shipping.

All items are individual unless otherwise stated. For example, if the product description says “Sold in lots of 50”, if you order 2, you will receive 2 lots of 50 for a total of 100. If the product description does not say “Sold in lots of #” then the items are individual and if you want 100 pieces, you will need to order 100 as the quantity.

When ordering Raffle items, please limit your order to one (1) raffle item per 500 subscribers (we understand exceptions will be made occasionally). Raffle items may also be used as broker gifts if needed.
